About the Role
We are looking for a PM NPI / Project Manager for New Product Introduction to join Ajax Systems, a leading international technology company and the largest European developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems with smart home capabilities. This role is responsible for the comprehensive launch of products from initiation to serial production, covering procurement, logistics, warehouses, incoming control, production preparation, and test batch manufacturing, certification, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- βPlan budgets, timelines, material supply volumes, and equipment readiness for product launches from initiation to serial production
- βManage procurement, warehouses, logistics, certification, marketing, incoming control, and test batch production within project implementation
- βEnsure seamless communication between departments, make decisions, manage changes, consolidate project information
- βConduct meetings, monitor, and control project schedule execution
- βCoordinate materials, documentation readiness for orders, and implement changes as needed
- βSelect and interact with suppliers, manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
- βOrganize and launch production of all stages and batches until transfer to serial production
Requirements
- βConversational English at least B1/B2 level
- βExperience in procurement management and contractor management
- βExperience in implementing projects into production (electronics or similar)
- βUnderstanding of product launch from 0 to serial production (Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP)
- βUnderstanding of production planning (MRP: needs, balances, reservations, orders)
- βProject management, timeline planning, budget management, risk management
- βCoordination and management of procurement, logistics, production, and warehouses
