About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Account Management Vertical at Alan. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key stakeholders, identifying customer needs, and helping clients achieve their goals through Alan's health partner services.

Key Responsibilities

→Handle a portfolio of accounts and flagship companies
→Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
→Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions
→Promote Alan health partner positioning to generate employee adoption
→Analyze and present consumption reports to customers
→Identify and execute initiatives to engage existing customers
→Be in charge of cross-selling/upselling our portfolio
→Renegotiate contracts to guarantee value for customers and profitability
→Participate in the evolution of our products and services

Requirements

✓At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
✓Experience with C-Levels and/or HRD
✓Full working proficiency in French and advanced level in English
✓Experience dealing with mid-market segment companies (up to 200 employees)
✓Tact and empathy for negotiation
✓Expertise in creating long-term relationships based on trust
✓Problem-solving skills to delight members
✓Growth mindset with adaptability to new trends
✓Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz
