About the Role
We are looking for a Hydraulic Designer/Engineer to support the development of Transportation Projects. This role involves designing and analyzing storm drainage systems, hydraulic culvert/bridge design, and permitting for linear transportation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform hydrology/hydraulic analysis for transportation projects
- →Design stormwater management systems and ponds
- →Assist with fieldwork to verify site conditions
- →Organize calculations based on design and project standards
- →Draw and coordinate design details
- →Develop knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- ✓B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- ✓Willingness to learn MicroStation, Bentley Suite, GEOPAK drainage, and HEC-RAS
- ✓Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- ✓Ability to collaborate in a team environment on challenging projects
