About the Role
The Operations Lead is a critical member of the store leadership team at ALO, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to ensure optimal store operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
- →Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager when needed
- →Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor recovery
- →Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
- →Support a safe work environment through effective stockroom standards
- →Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
- →Directly oversee Operations Associates, responsible for recruitment and development
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business execution
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- ✓Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills
- ✓Ability to receive and provide feedback effectively
- ✓High energy and enthusiasm with a results-driven approach
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- ✓Alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles
