About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst for Collection to join our team at Inter. This role focuses on managing, analyzing, and evolving financial products related to credit recovery, responsible for defining, designing, and optimizing the rules and processes applied in different collection channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and optimize business rules, flows, and strategies, always documenting and providing visibility for all involved in the project;
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, legal, UX, and channels for specification, development, and implementation of solutions;
- →Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring regulatory changes and implementing compliance controls;
- →Develop business cases and product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives;
- →Prepare technical documentation, management reports, and presentations for stakeholders on product results and evolution opportunities.
Requirements
- ✓Completed higher education in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
- ✓Experience with specification, development, and project management;
- ✓Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK and agile methodologies;
- ✓Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA;
- ✓Knowledge of the Office Suite.
