About the Role
Collibra’s Professional Services team is seeking an Enterprise Architect to work directly with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring customer success and adoption by delivering consulting services that align with Collibra’s established models and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead customer engagements by providing consulting services that focus on business value and use cases
- →Provide customers with design and approach that includes best practices, knowledge transfer, and business value-based outcomes
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Collibra Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management
- →Identify opportunities to drive customer value through Collibra Services offerings
- →Achieve utilization targets and help grow Collibra’s services business
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant industry experience in Data Governance or Data Management
- ✓Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms
- ✓Understanding of leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms (SQL, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake)
- ✓Experience with cloud/on-prem software solutions
- ✓Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience
- ✓Effective communicator
- ✓Customer-focused with a strong commitment to customer success
- ✓Knowledgeable about data management or data-related fields
- ✓Experienced in leading design workshops and requirements gathering activities
- ✓Experience with Collibra technologies is a plus
