About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional detail-oriented team player to join our Recruiting team at ALO. As a Recruiter, your main responsibility will be actively sourcing talent to fill open positions supporting current HQ population and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruiting on a variety of positions, including partnering with hiring managers to learn job requirements, sourcing, generating passive candidates, interviewing and scheduling.
- →Create the ultimate ALO candidate experience from start to finish that is authentic to our culture and values.
- →Support Managers in staffing including strategies to improve their staffing levels and create talent pipeline to support our growth and team members.
- →Create and post job postings
- →Lead planning for hiring levels, timelines and securing top talent
- →Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
- →Work closely with manager and hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent; ensure goals are met.
- →Support developing pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
- →Conduct candidate reference & Background checks.
- →Support in achieving annual talent business objectives.
- →As one of the first points of contact within the company, you can effectively communicate the culture and values of ALO Yoga and professionally represent the brand and represent the Talent Team at all times.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3+ years recruiting or hiring experience (agency or in-house) for luxury, retail brands, global consumer goods company and/or similar industries
- ✓Experience in Applicant Tracking system or Workday is a plus, but not required
- ✓Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking tools to actively source candidates.
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and friendly, professional communication are a must
- ✓Interest in a career in talent acquisition or human resources
- ✓Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva and ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
