About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at AlphaSense. This role involves supporting full-cycle hiring for a range of roles, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview management, and offers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a portfolio of high-volume, repeatable roles, delivering full-cycle recruiting end-to-end
- →Screen candidates, manage interview processes and handle offer negotiations
- →Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
- →Partner closely with recruiting coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling and interview logistics
- →Learn and apply best practices in sourcing, interviewing, full-cycle recruiting, and building strong partnerships with hiring managers
- →Partner in intake meetings with guidance, capturing role requirements and influencing recruiting processes
- →Learn and apply inclusive hiring practices through sourcing, screening and candidate communication
Requirements
- ✓1-2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with a strong interest in further building a career in Talent Acquisition
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Coachable and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and improve through feedback
- ✓Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- ✓Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to jump in, take initiative, and get things done
