About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead Global Sales hiring at AlphaSense. This role will focus on Account Executive and Sales Leadership recruiting across regions, managing a team supporting the Americas and overseeing a Recruiting Manager for EMEA and APAC hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and shape global Sales hiring strategy in partnership with senior revenue leadership
- →Develop a global Sales recruiting team, including 2–5 recruiters and a Recruiting Manager
- →Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, providing market insight and hiring counsel
- →Establish structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks globally
- →Partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines
- →Personally execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires
Requirements

- ✓Systems-oriented leader who evaluates tradeoffs, risks, and cost implications
- ✓Proven ability to align workforce planning, market insight, and recruiting execution
- ✓Fast-scaling environment experience with structure, accountability, and disciplined execution
