About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in case management and payment systems to join our team in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance our case and payment management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze existing case management and payment processes in depth to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- βCreate detailed documentation on operational requirements, process flows, and user stories.

- βFacilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
