About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our team in the development of SCADA project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in the preparation of a commercial offer and its negotiation.
- →Assist the project manager in contract follow-up of the specifications or project.
- →Simplify and make accessible to all the engaging elements.
- →Participate in project management in its contractual aspect (both in relation with the client, partners, and in relation with subcontractors) and in the interpretation needs of the contract clauses.
- →Ensure the contractualization of commitments (contract, amendments and tenders, contracts with service providers, archiving and follow-up of the life of contracts).
- →Manage and track contract administration in support of the project (milestones, deliverables, receptions, payments, etc.) and handle contractual deviations, all with the support of PMOs.
- →Participate, when necessary, in internal or external meetings (COPILs, COPROJs) requiring either preparation of negotiations or establishment of amendments to ongoing contracts.
- →Ensure the archiving of project contractual documents.
- →Participate in feedback activities (when practiced in the company).
Requirements

- ✓Ability to simplify complex contractual elements for various stakeholders.
- ✓Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
