About the Role
We are looking for an Aerospace PMO Engineer to join our team for major aerospace projects. This role focuses on program management and ensuring QCDP (Quality, Costs, Delays, Performance).
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and manage program planning (aircraft milestones, gates, maturity, multi-lot dependencies)
- →Implement and follow management routines: animate project progress meetings and milestone reviews
- →Consolidate business deliverables progress (Design/ESI/MSI, Calculation/Justification)
- →Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and contribute to mitigation plans
- →Manage configuration and change control
- →Produce management tools: KPIs, dashboards, management summaries, minutes and action tracking
- →Interface between internal teams and our client
- →Contribute to improving aircraft development processes
Requirements
- ✓Experience in aerospace project management
- ✓Strong understanding of QCDP principles
- ✓Excellent organizational and planning skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
