About the Role

Spectrum Science Media is seeking a Freelance Account Director to join their growing paid media client portfolio. This role will serve as the primary client contact, responsible for translating business objectives into effective paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the day-to-day client contact on media workstreams, mobilizing teams towards results that surpass client expectations
→Own media projects from inception to completion, managing execution across multiple workstreams
→Build strong client relationships to ensure agency growth and client retention
→Lead client calls and meetings, providing guidance and addressing client questions
→Collaborate with media planning leads on client strategy and management
→Anticipate client needs and proactively manage relationships
→Oversee program timelines and delegate project deliverables
→Ensure detailed timeline, process, and budget management
→Translate scientific concepts into compelling media activations
→Review materials to ensure client preferences are incorporated
→Provide proactive counsel on research findings and develop initiatives
→Track account financials and manage budgets
→Support new business proposals and organic growth
→Help junior staff prioritize and manage time effectively
