About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for Cloudinary customers. This role focuses on retaining customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer technical stakeholders
- →Provide expert technical guidance on leveraging Image, Video, and Asset solutions
- →Nurture strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and support
- →Identify and pursue expansion and upsell opportunities with the sales team
- →Drive product adoption by monitoring usage trends and deploying interventions
- →Track customer health using analytics and execute mitigation strategies
- →Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company
- ✓Proven track record of retaining and growing customer relationships
- ✓Experience with technical SaaS products and web/mobile environments
- ✓Excellent communication skills with enterprise customers
- ✓Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- ✓Data-driven approach to engagement strategies
- ✓Track record of working toward revenue-linked KPIs
- ✓Experience driving product adoption across customer base
- ✓Portfolio of 50+ customers with $1M+ book of business
