About the Role
ALTEN is strengthening its digital product management activities in the Toulouse region. We are looking for a Product Owner to lead digital projects with significant stakes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs
- →Build and maintain product vision
- →Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog
- →Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- →Facilitate agile rituals (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews)
- →Work closely with development teams and architects
- →Ensure business value delivery in each iteration
- →Track product performance metrics and propose improvement areas
- →Participate in scope definition and functional arbitrations
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably SAFe
- ✓Knowledge of aerospace domain
- ✓Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with business, IT teams, architects, and UX/UI designers
- ✓Experience in complex, multi-application IT environments
