Key Responsibilities
- →Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of media components for assigned custom courseware products
- →Collaborate with project editors, instructors, and stakeholders to deliver digital content meeting quality and accessibility standards
- →Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets throughout the project lifecycle
- →Oversee quality assurance, launch, and lifecycle management of media products
- →Hire, onboard, and manage contractors, freelancers, and vendors
- →Create, maintain, and refine workflows and related documentation
- →Serve as a technical and courseware expert for custom products
- →Maintain and apply knowledge of pedagogical and market trends
Requirements
