About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at AMBOSS. This role focuses on expanding our healthcare market in the DACH region with a focus on Social Media & Community Management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement our Social Media strategy across channels
- →Manage the Community and Ambassador program
- →Support the implementation of Multichannel campaigns
- →Create targeted content and storytelling
- →Analyze performance of Social, Influencer, and Community activities
- →Conduct market and trend observation
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with Social Media, Influencer, and Community Management
- ✓Excellent German language skills and fluent English
- ✓Experience in developing and implementing Social Media strategies
- ✓Analytical, data-driven work style with experience in KPIs and reporting
- ✓Strong communication skills and a sense for tone and storytelling
- ✓Openness to new formats and trends in Social Media
- ✓Experience with AI tools for content creation and analysis
- ✓Basic understanding of Social Media promotion and distribution mechanisms
