About the Role
Join the Customer Support Team at Highspot as a Technical Support Specialist, specializing in their Software-as-a-Service platform. You will serve as the technical liaison between Services, Product, and Engineering, acting as the voice of the customer to improve our product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical software support to customers on integrations with Highspot, including Email, CRM, SSO, and CMS systems
- →Manage the support ticket queue and drive customer requests to timely resolution
- →Triage and own a wide variety of customer requests from start to finish
- →Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements and features
- →Optimize and leverage internal and external Support documentation
- →Act as a liaison between customers and engineering to resolve difficult technical issues
Requirements
- ✓Technical customer support experience, preferably with technical products
- ✓Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Jira Service Desk, or HubSpot
- ✓Experience troubleshooting applications like Outlook, GMail, Zoom, and MSTeams
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes in complex systems
- ✓Experience with Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in a fast-paced environment
