About the Role
We are looking for a Content Editor (Performance & Analytics) to join our team at AMO Publishing. This role focuses on improving the effectiveness of content within articles by analyzing materials, testing hypotheses, and enhancing structure and presentation to achieve better results.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze articles: structure, logic, hooks, rhythm, and reading convenience (UX).
- βWork on improving metrics such as completion rate, engagement, and IPP.
- βFormulate hypotheses for content improvement and verify them through tests.
- βProvide constructive feedback to writers regarding structure, emphasis, and presentation logic.
- βSystematize results: what was tested β what was obtained β conclusions β what to do next.
- βProactively suggest ideas for content and process improvements.
Requirements
- β1+ year of experience working with content (media, digital publishing, journalism, content management, or related roles).
- βConfident command of English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
- βAbility to analyze material structure and evaluate what holds or loses reader attention.
- βAnalytical thinking: ability to interpret numbers, identify patterns, and draw conclusions.
- βExperience interacting with authors: providing feedback, agreeing on structure, logic, and emphasis.
- βUse of AI tools in work (for text analysis, idea generation, process optimization).
- βWillingness to work with tests, hypotheses, and iterations.
