About the Role

We are seeking experienced Social Media Managers to develop and implement vertical video-first content strategies across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram for Hispanic Americans and Spanish-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities

→Dedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
→Participate in two 30-min weekly check-ins
→Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account weekly
→Source and clip relevant video content from news outlets and cultural events
→Craft platform-optimized captions and post copy
→Monitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates
→Track and analyze key performance metrics
→Work effectively with fellow Social Media Managers and Content leadership

Requirements

✓Bilingual in Spanish and English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication
✓Deep platform knowledge of YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram
✓Exceptional trend awareness
✓Ability to rapidly produce compelling content on topics such as news, humor, and culture
✓Based in the United States
