About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join AnaVation, a leader in solving complex technical challenges for the U.S. Federal Intelligence Community. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining a digital evidence management system.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement high-performance, scalable REST APIs using Java Spring Boot
- →Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect standards
- →Design relational database schemas and optimize queries for PostgreSQL
- →Write and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like Junit and Mockito
- →Contribute to Infrastructure as Code workflows using Terraform and Ansible
- →Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- ✓4+ years of hands-on experience with Java and SQL
- ✓2+ years of specialized experience with Spring Boot and REST API development
- ✓Strong understanding of relational database design and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
- ✓Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments
- ✓Proficiency with shell scripting (e.g., Bash)
- ✓Experience with DevOps tools and workflows, using GitLab or GitHub
- ✓Ability to obtain High Risk Public Trust clearance
