About the Role
Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to build and operationalize core systems that enable Marketing to scale both its resource efficiency and business impact. This strategic role will serve as a key partner and executional lead for cross-functional planning, budget stewardship, and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the VP of Marketing and Directors of Product/Brand Marketing as a strategic business driver and operational lead across all core functions.
- →Own day-to-day budget operations including planning, forecasting, tracking, and reviews.
- →Oversee the intake and prioritization process for marketing requests and briefs.
- →Prepare executive-level presentations, narratives, dashboards, and communications for major reviews.
- →Develop and maintain credible brand health tracking, market insights, and performance benchmarks.
- →Advocate for new tools and best practices across workflows, measurement, planning, and asset management.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 8 years experience in marketing operations, program management, or operations within a high-growth company or agency environment.
- ✓Demonstrated experience scaling operations for a critical business unit.
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to frame complex challenges with clarity.
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- ✓Collaborative problem-solver with strong sense of ownership and operational rigor.
- ✓Deep attention to detail.
- ✓Must work on-site in Costa Mesa, CA.
- ✓Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
