About the Role

We are looking for a Perception Software Engineer to join Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. This role involves developing algorithms for novel, airborne infrared imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop cutting-edge image processing techniques for signal improvement, detection, and tracking on high bit-depth, large format, airborne infrared sensors
• →Work with mission operations, hardware, and software teams to understand and evaluate current system performance
• →Develop and maintain physics-based "digital twins" of airborne sensor systems
• →Establish engineering completion criteria and evaluation metrics for system performance
• →Work with a multi-disciplinary team on challenging problems in a fast-paced environment
