About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead development programs across various stages of the contract lifecycle. This role involves managing the development and integration of advanced defense technologies alongside the Chief Engineer, with direct responsibility for cost and schedule to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead the development and deployment of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet Department of Defense operational needs
• →Develop strong relationships with DOD customers to enable rapid iteration and solution fielding
• →Execute on broad requirements from engineering, customers, and partners to deliver successful outcomes on multiple programs
• →Monitor and manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resources, making tradeoffs to deliver best-in-class solutions
• →Develop and implement processes, tools, and metrics for program planning, scope management, risk management, and customer communication
• →Foster a creative, high-performance team culture and identify personnel development or recruitment opportunities
• →Collaborate with finance and business development teams to develop pricing strategies for proposals
• →Work with senior management to refine the strategic roadmap for Anduril Air Dominance & Strike R&D investments
