About the Role
Anthropic is seeking a Community Lead to drive the strategy and execution of developer and builder community programs across EMEA. This role involves adapting centrally developed playbooks to local markets, executing community activations, and identifying new opportunities to support growth across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Anthropic's developer and builder community programs in EMEA
- →Collaborate with EMEA sales, marketing, and GTM leads to develop the regional community strategy
- →Identify, recruit, and support community ambassadors across priority EMEA cities
- →Develop and maintain a regional coverage map for priority markets
- →Identify and champion net-new community opportunities in EMEA markets
- →Partner with EMEA sales teams to create a community-driven pipeline
- →Build and track key metrics for community growth and impact
- →Represent Anthropic in the EMEA developer and builder community
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and communications teams
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in developer relations, community management, or related growth/marketing roles
- ✓Track record of scaling programs across multiple markets
- ✓Experience building and running developer or builder communities
- ✓Track record of identifying unmet needs and building new programs
- ✓Strong experience working in or across EMEA markets
- ✓Experience working across time zones with distributed teams
- ✓Comfortable working at the intersection of community and commerce
- ✓Technical depth to engage with developers and builders
- ✓Strong communicator with experience in writing, speaking, and building relationships
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- ✓Fluent in English and proficient in at least one other European language
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
