About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our partner marketing events strategy across North America. This role focuses on building and executing impactful field events that drive pipeline and revenue through in-person and virtual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of partner-driven field events across North America
- →Build and manage a regional partner events calendar in coordination with partnerships and sales teams
- →Identify, recruit, and collaborate with strategic partners on co-marketing event opportunities that generate joint pipeline
- →Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact from every partner event
- →Develop pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize registration-to-attendance conversion
- →Track and report on event ROI, pipeline sourced/influenced, and partner engagement metrics
- →Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the partner marketing team
- →Coordinate with demand generation, content, and brand teams to create compelling event collateral
- →Manage event budgets with a bias toward efficiency and measurable outcomes
- →Maintain event project plans, timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics
- →Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for partner event programs
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or partner marketing experience in B2B tech (SaaS preferred)
- ✓Demonstrated experience building and executing co-marketing events with technology partners
- ✓Proven track record of driving pipeline through field events
- ✓Highly self-directed and execution-oriented
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and demand generation teams
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Comfortable with event and marketing tech stack
- ✓Based in San Francisco or New York City with willingness to travel regionally (up to 30–40%)
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
