About the Role
Applaudo is seeking an early-career designer to join our team and grow their visual design skills. This role offers a collaborative environment where you'll contribute to meaningful projects and develop your craft.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to create visual design assets
- →Design and maintain high-quality visual materials for web, mobile, and internal communications
- →Develop presentation decks, visual concepts, mood boards, and other supporting design materials
- →Ensure presentations and design assets are visually consistent, functional, and reusable
- →Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design guidelines and visual standards
- →Support visual storytelling by contributing layout, imagery, and content
- →Stay updated with emerging design trends and apply them appropriately
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Service Design, or related field (nice to have)
- ✓2–3 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design
- ✓Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, typography, composition, and visual best practices
- ✓Knowledge of UI design principles (nice to have)
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- ✓Strong visual execution skills with attention to detail
- ✓Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design tasks
- ✓Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Advanced English proficiency for working with US-based clients
