Join us. Meet Your Team: Publisher Solutions   At adjoe, we turn app publishers' potential into proven revenue. Our Publisher Accounts team combines adjoe’s deep technical expertise with strategic insight to optimize every aspect of creating engaging user experiences that drive monetization. We understand the delicate balance between user engagement and revenue generation, optimizing ad placements for visibility while ensuring a seamless app experience. Our publishers see concrete results: higher ARPDAU, improved retention metrics, and stronger overall user satisfaction and monetization performance. What You Will Do: • Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success. • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication across Slack, email, and video calls. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results. • Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions. • Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential. • Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that help shape product improvements and strategy. • Take ownership of your portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets.
