About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Marketing Manager to own and drive solution positioning and storytelling across an enterprise AI platform. This role focuses on translating technical capabilities into clear, differentiated, outcome-driven solutions that accelerate enterprise pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop clear, outcome-driven solution narratives that translate platform capabilities into business value
→Define and articulate use-case positioning, including target buyers, core pain points, and measurable impact
→Establish strong differentiation against internal builds, AI point solutions, and other enterprise AI platforms
→Build solution-specific assets including pitch decks, briefs, one-pagers, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards
→Partner closely with Sales to refine pitch tracks, address objections, and strengthen deal positioning
→Collaborate with Product to ensure capabilities are accurately reflected in external messaging
→Create metrics-backed case studies and proof points tailored to industry buyers
→Support demand generation with industry- and solution-focused messaging for campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership
→Continuously gather market feedback to sharpen positioning and improve win rates

Requirements

✓7-10 years of experience in B2B solution marketing or enterprise product marketing, preferably in AI, data, or platform companies
✓Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, business-oriented narratives
✓Experience building industry narratives and packaging horizontal platforms into vertical-relevant solutions
✓Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics and multi-stakeholder sales environments
✓Comfortable operating across industries and packaging horizontal platforms into concrete use cases
✓Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity
✓Highly self-directed, structured, and execution-oriented
