About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs that power the backbone of the business at Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving execution across enterprise systems, infrastructure platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Digital Technology programs spanning enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and internal business applications.
→Convert technical strategy and architecture roadmaps into executable, cross-functional programs.
→Manage multi-workstream initiatives with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
→Build and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, and milestones across multiple teams.
→Balance scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk while maintaining delivery predictability.
→Develop working knowledge of system architecture across ERP, HCM (Workday), cloud platforms, identity, data integrations, and enterprise tooling.
→Partner with architects and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility, sequencing, and dependency management.
→Act as the connective layer between technical teams and business stakeholders.
→Facilitate executive and PMO governance forums, steering reviews, and status reporting.
→Develop program cost estimates, forecasts, and tracking to actuals.
→Support portfolio resource planning across multiple technical disciplines and vendors.
→Standardize program documentation, status reporting, and delivery metrics.

Requirements

✓8+ years of experience leading enterprise IT or Digital Technology programs
✓Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional system and infrastructure initiatives
✓Strong understanding of enterprise system landscapes (ERP, Workday, CRM, data platforms, cloud infrastructure)
✓Experience managing technical dependencies, integrations, and architecture-driven roadmaps
✓Expertise in program planning, risk management, and financial tracking
✓Experience working with global teams and external Systems Integrators
✓Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous environments
