About the Role
Archive is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help scale their hiring while preserving their culture. This is their first dedicated technical recruiter role, reporting to the Head of People and serving as a critical partner to Engineering, Product, and Technical Implementation leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, primarily engineers
- →Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
- →Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through various sourcing methods
- →Drive a high-signal process from calibration to offers
- →Build scalable, structured recruiting practices
- →Create technical interview playbooks and interviewer enablement materials
- →Design a human-centric interview experience
- →Strengthen Archive’s employer story for technical talent
- →Own the recruiting tech stack including workflows and optimization
- →Leverage automation and AI-enabled workflows
- →Lead hiring across the technical org from ICs through Director-level
- →Manage external agencies as needed
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of in-house recruiting experience with technical focus
- ✓Proven success in startup or high-growth environments
- ✓Experience hiring across levels including senior ICs and technical leadership
- ✓Ability to build trusted relationships quickly
- ✓Highly execution-oriented with strong organizational skills
- ✓Experience designing and improving recruiting processes
- ✓Confidence coaching hiring managers
- ✓Technical fluency and comfort engaging with engineers
- ✓Systems-minded and data-informed approach
- ✓Experience with Ashby and AI-enabled recruiting workflows
- ✓Strong judgment, communication, and candidate advocacy instincts
