About the Role
Vultr is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our rapid growth by optimizing recruiting processes. This role ensures operational excellence across scheduling, communications, candidate experience, and reporting in a high-growth technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draft, post, and manage job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers
- →Screen and triage incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- →Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- →Prepare and send offer letters and employment agreements
- →Conduct reference checks and background checks
- →Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- →Build, update, and maintain recruitment dashboards
- →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- →Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ✓1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
- ✓Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- ✓Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling
- ✓Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech company
- ✓Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Commitment to confidentiality
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
