About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager, Talent Operations to join Suno, a company building a future where anyone can make music. This role will play a critical part in scaling how we hire, bringing structure and consistency to our high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders to deliver process improvement initiatives
- →Optimize recruiting tools and workflows for better adoption and AI readiness
- →Maintain Talent Operations knowledge management and communications
- →Scale structured interviewing and interviewer enablement systems
- →Develop and maintain playbooks, toolkits, and process documentation
- →Train interviewers, recruiters, and sourcers on structured hiring practices
- →Support Talent events and conferences
- →Design and scale structured interviewing programs
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or program/project management
- ✓Passion for building inclusive and scalable programs
- ✓Strong ownership, autonomy, and critical thinking skills
- ✓Ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Data-driven approach to problem solving
- ✓Adaptability and growth mindset
