About the Role
Suno is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic talent acquisition team. This role will focus on creating seamless candidate experiences and driving operational excellence in a high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process across multiple roles and departments
- →Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with efficiency and attention to detail
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- →Coordinate candidate travel and logistics for onsite visits
- →Host candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a memorable and professional experience
- →Prepare interview materials, scorecards, and debriefs for hiring teams
- →Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- →Generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reports to inform hiring decisions
- →Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting workflow and implement solutions
- →Build and maintain recruiting templates, email sequences, and automated workflows
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations
- ✓Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments
- ✓Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations
- ✓Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby)
- ✓Experience with recruiting automation
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- ✓Detail-oriented approach with a bias for action
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership
