About the Role
ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Mid-Level ETL Developer to work on-site at a leading EU institution. This role involves contributing to large-scale data integration and data warehousing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in all stages of the data warehouse lifecycle, from analysis to implementation and maintenance
- →Design and develop data models, data marts, and data warehouses aligned with business requirements
- →Take ownership of ETL design, development, and enhancement activities
- →Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of ETL workflows
- →Conduct in-depth data analysis to ensure data quality, consistency, and optimal data modeling
- →Analyze, review, improve, and document existing and future ETL components
- →Contribute to architectural discussions and the continuous improvement of ETL and data warehousing solutions
- →Promote and apply best practices for ETL development, documentation, and versioning
Requirements
- ✓At least 3–5 years of proven experience in ETL development or data integration roles
- ✓Good working knowledge of Shell scripting
- ✓Solid experience with SAP Business Objects or similar reporting tools
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex data structures
- ✓Good understanding of reporting methods, data quality concepts, and data warehouse design principles
- ✓Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- ✓Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
