About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at ARHS Group, part of Accenture. This role focuses on designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to help businesses leverage data for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to effectively visualize data
- →Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements and ensure accurate reporting
- →Optimize Power BI solutions for both performance and data accuracy
- →Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices in data visualization
- →Provide training and ongoing support for Power BI users
- →Work with data engineers to access and transform data for reporting
- →Maintain version control and documentation for Power BI reports
- →Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ✓3+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power Pivot
- ✓Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- ✓Experience in data modeling, database design, and transforming raw data into useful insights
- ✓Familiarity with data security and compliance standards
- ✓Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data
- ✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Fluency in English (spoken and written)
