About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization in the Upstate and/or Western New York area. This role focuses on supporting sales operations and developing new sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Major Account Managers to conduct lead generation calls and email campaigns with key customer account influencers to generate new meetings and sales pipeline.
- →Generate new opportunities for Arista's Software-Driven high performance Data Center and Campus switching platforms, VeloCloud SDWAN, and Network Fabric Monitoring and Network Detection & Response security solutions.
- →Assist with the planning and coordination of quarterly field marketing events and track attendance metrics.
- →Provide Sales operations support for Field Account Managers including sales quote assistance, order submissions, and assistance with billing issues.
- →Attend sales training and shadow Senior Account Managers for career progression to a Field Territory Account Manager position.
- →Keep up-to-date with technology partner solutions, competing solutions, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical acumen and track record of selling data center networking solutions.
- ✓Ability to collaborate with Sales Leadership team and Senior Account Managers.
- ✓Experience in lead generation and field marketing activities.
- ✓Understanding of sales operations support functions.
