About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ashby. This role focuses on ensuring a positive employee experience through day-to-day operations and tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files
- →Provide administrative support to Ashby’s people processes
- →Assist with planning and coordination of Ashby culture events
- →Document people process changes as needed
- →Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- →Build out people process workflows to improve business effectiveness
Requirements
- ✓Investigate problems to determine root causes and define robust solutions
- ✓Be detail-oriented, especially when it comes to data quality
- ✓Work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- ✓Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- ✓Be team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to solving problems
- ✓Recognize that sensitive/confidential information must be handled compliantly
- ✓Have experience with HRIS, like Gusto, ADP, Deel
