About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to manage and grow our client’s social media presence and support brand awareness across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage day-to-day activity across social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to engagement
- →Grow brand awareness by following, engaging with, and building relationships with relevant accounts, communities, and collaborators
- →Take ownership of written content for social media, ensuring all posts reflect the brand’s tone of voice, values, and visual identity
- →Work closely with creative and design teams to ensure content aligns with ongoing projects, campaigns, and brand direction
- →Plan and support content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting
- →Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to help refine content and growth strategies
- →Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices within the creative and design industry
Requirements
- ✓Excellent written English skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand social media copy
- ✓Proven understanding of how to grow social media accounts organically and increase brand awareness
- ✓Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand voice and consistency
- ✓Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar
- ✓Confidence engaging with audiences and representing the brand professionally online
- ✓Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while collaborating effectively with a wider team
