About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our team at Assort Health. You’ll be the heartbeat of our San Francisco HQ, ensuring the space runs smoothly and delivering an outstanding experience for employees, candidates, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run the space: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and vendors, handle mail and facilities issues, and keep the space stocked and welcoming.
- →Foster culture & community: Plan and execute events, celebrations, and team-building activities that bring people together.
- →Own space planning & workplace strategy: Manage seating and shared spaces today and partner with leadership on future growth and layout changes.
- →Support onboarding & recruiting: Partner with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, monitor onsite schedules, and drive the new hire onboarding experience.
- →Be the face of Assort’s community: Manage visitor and candidate experience, greet guests warmly, and lead office tours.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in office management or similar role
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- ✓Passion for creating a positive workplace culture
- ✓Must be available to work in the office five days per week from at least 8 am - 6 pm
