About the Role
We're looking for a product designer to help design, build, and ship the Autonomous product experience. This is not a traditional design role: you'll use agentic coding tools like Claude Code to rapidly prototype ideas and build real product experiences, collapsing the distance between concept and shipped product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and ship core product experiences, from private beta to App Store release.
- →Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and build working product experiences, not just mockups.
- →Create marketing materials: videos, images, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- →Help develop the brand direction: visual identity, motion language, and creative voice.
- →Collaborate closely with founders, product designers, and engineers on product direction.
- →Explore widely and iterate quickly to make useful, intuitive, and delightful experiences.
- →Maintain high craft across everything you touch: typography, spacing, color, motion, and details.
Requirements
- ✓Based in NYC and excited to work onsite.
- ✓2-3 years of product design experience (or equivalent personal projects).
- ✓Shipped real work: apps, websites, campaigns, side projects.
- ✓Strong visual craft. You care about typography, spacing, color, motion, and details.
- ✓Comfortable in Figma and excited to use AI tools to prototype and build.
- ✓Able to move between product design and brand/marketing work without losing quality.
- ✓High-agency. You don't wait for permission, you try things, show your work, and iterate.
- ✓Resilient. Not every idea will work. You're energized by exploration, not defeated by dead ends.
- ✓Clear communicator, whether presenting work, taking feedback, or shifting gears under pressure.
- ✓Expertise in leveraging the latest AI tools to increase creative output while maintaining high quality.
