About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join Blinq, a rapidly growing company that started as the world’s #1 digital business card and now facilitates over 50 million new relationships a year. As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design across our most important surfaces, shaping the experience of real-world connection for millions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end product design and lead across iOS, Android, and Web - from insight to execution
- →Design seamless, human-first journeys while partnering with PMs and engineers to ship features that just make sense
- →Champion craft and consistency; evolve our system-wide patterns, visual language, and tone
- →Test, learn, and iterate fast to run lean loops to get real-world feedback into the product
- →Push design thinking forward and bring perspective, challenge assumptions, and elevate the bar across the team
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in product design with a portfolio that shows sharp thinking and real impact
- ✓Strong interaction + visual design skills across mobile and web, with attention to clarity and flow
- ✓Experience building and scaling design systems that flex across teams
- ✓Bias for simplicity; you make complex feel effortless - and know when good is good enough
- ✓You guide decisions, share rationale, and help others do their best work
