Customer Success Enablement Program Manager at Notion

About the Role

You’ll be the first Enablement Program Manager embedded with Customer Success at Notion, helping evolve the team to focus on technical capabilities, AI workflow adoption, and scalable operating rhythms. In this role, you’ll translate strategy into practical enablement programs, playbooks, and training experiences that change behavior in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own the end-to-end enablement plan for the evolution of the CS role, translating transformation priorities into a clear program roadmap
• →Partner with CS leaders and managers to diagnose performance gaps and deliver enablement that drives adoption
• →Design and deliver ongoing learning experiences with strong facilitation and production
• →Build and maintain core CS enablement assets like playbooks, talk tracks, and success planning templates
• →Establish measurement and feedback loops, iterating based on data and field input
• →Orchestrate stakeholder alignment across multiple departments to ensure smooth implementation
