About the Role
Avetta is seeking a Global Compliance Project Manager with expertise in global regulatory compliance, supply chain risk management, and contractor risk management, with emphasis on HSE and ESG. This hands-on role blends regulatory expertise, project execution, and operational coordination in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide subject matter expertise on global regulatory compliance, including HSE, Insurance, and ESG requirements
- →Translate country-specific regulatory requirements into functional and technical system requirements
- →Manage end-to-end regulatory compliance and content projects from intake through delivery
- →Partner with Product, Engineering, and Localization teams to implement regulatory requirements
- →Conduct requirements review sessions with stakeholders to validate scope and regulatory applicability
- →Be the trusted compliance authority for global clients, monitoring regulatory changes and providing guidance
- →Support solution design by identifying edge cases and dependencies
- →Ensure accurate and timely delivery of regulatory content and system updates
- →Work with global compliance specialists to ensure regulatory integrity worldwide
- →Support UAT and release readiness by validating system behavior
- →Track and report on project quality, cost, and SLA performance
- →Maintain accurate compliance documentation and improve processes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, HSE, or Risk Management
- ✓5+ years of experience in global regulatory compliance or risk management with project delivery in SaaS
- ✓Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks related to HSE, contractor compliance, and ESG
- ✓Ability to translate regulatory guidance into technical requirements for SaaS platforms
- ✓Experience managing complex, multi-region projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Highly organized with attention to detail and compliance rigor
- ✓Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, and Salesforce
- ✓Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts, rule-based logic, and conditional workflows
- ✓Industry certifications (CSP, CRIS, ESG-related) are a plus
- ✓Fluency in English plus one of French, Japanese, German, Dutch, or Chinese is a plus
