About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Tinder, a global leader in online dating with over 630 million downloads and 97 billion matches. In this role, you will define and drive the roadmap for key platforms including notifications, data management, creator tools, personalization, and decisioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive the roadmap for notification platform, data manager, creator tools, personalization, and decisioning
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to develop effective tooling for notifications that drive engagement and retention
- →Communicate experiment roadmaps, hypotheses, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- →Own product specifications and lead development for backend-focused features
- →Leverage analytics tools to evaluate campaigns and identify improvement opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data
- →Make data-informed trade-offs between scope, quality, and speed
- →Understand the Tinder ecosystem, user psychology, and behavioral patterns to inform product strategy
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech or mobile-first companies
- ✓Direct experience working with backend teams on notifications, platform, or personalization systems
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and SQL
- ✓Proactive approach to turning vague ideas into structured plans
- ✓Naturally curious with a focus on understanding user behavior
- ✓Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and leadership
