About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to provide first-class support to clients in the beauty and ingenuity sectors. This role involves acting as a point of contact for clients on the Awin network, advising on best practices, and offering recommendations to optimize affiliate programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and agencies
- →Manage publisher relationships for the successful management of assigned programs
- →Initiate and implement ideas to grow affiliate activities across different markets
- →Take ownership of assigned accounts and service levels
- →Have regular meetings with clients and affiliates to develop excellent relationships
- →Organize exposure on a weekly basis and ensure timely delivery of assets
- →Work with Account Managers to execute programs flawlessly
- →Communicate with clients on performance through regular reports and reviews
- →Trial new affiliates or technologies to grow affiliate programs
- →Create documents to support daily client workload
- →Attend client and networking events to enhance relationships
- →Be the internal owner of all assigned accounts and provide necessary information
