About the Role
We are looking for an organized and motivated self-starter to join the Awin Poland team. This role focuses on developing and selling new business while creating an excellent client service experience. You will act as a consulting service for client services teams and develop business opportunities within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive and develop business through acquisition and development of new publishers for the Awin network
- →Develop and manage small or medium-scaled projects, maintaining project plans and schedules
- →Identify and execute business development opportunities in Polish and Eastern European markets
- →Build trust and credibility with prospects by understanding their needs and providing solutions
- →Build strong external customer understanding and meet customer needs through collaborative work
- →Support implementation of policies and processes, create case studies, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in a sales or business development environment
- ✓Experience managing projects would be an advantage
- ✓Proficiency with the MS Office suite
- ✓Work experience in online marketing or affiliate marketing is an advantage
- ✓Talent for sales and communication with a customer-centric mindset
- ✓Flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- ✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ✓Focused on detail and quality, while maintaining a positive and pragmatic approach
- ✓Excellent written and spoken Polish language, very good written and spoken English skills
- ✓Good understanding of affiliate marketing
