About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join Axion, a company transforming product quality and customer satisfaction in manufacturing through AI-powered platforms. This role focuses on driving pipeline growth by researching, qualifying, and engaging target accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct account research and due diligence to identify high-value enterprise prospects
- →Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies for VP- and C-level stakeholders
- →Own omnichannel prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- →Craft personalized messaging that communicates Axion’s value proposition
- →Maintain consistent outreach to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities
- →Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and share insights
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of business development or sales experience in enterprise SaaS environments
- ✓Experience engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders at enterprise organizations
- ✓Familiarity with structured prospecting methodologies and pipeline generation
- ✓Comfort with fast change and ambiguity
- ✓Strategic thinking and detail-oriented communication skills
