About the Role
Hyer Boots is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale their email and SMS channels. This role will focus on driving customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value while supporting acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end email and SMS marketing programs, including strategy, execution, and optimization
- →Design and implement full-funnel lifecycle strategies across customer touchpoints
- →Build RFM-based segmentation models to personalize messaging
- →Work cross-functionally with creative teams to develop testing strategies
- →Build, deploy, and optimize automated flows in Klaviyo
- →Develop and scale SMS programs with focus on compliance and optimization
- →Partner with creative teams to design email/SMS assets
- →Support lead generation and list-building initiatives
- →Collaborate with paid, ecommerce, and web teams to align messaging
- →Develop targeted strategies for high-value customers
- →Own performance analytics for email and SMS channels
- →Build executive-ready dashboards and summaries
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing at consumer brands
- ✓Hands-on experience with Figma, Klaviyo, and Shopify
- ✓Proven experience building SMS marketing programs
- ✓Strong understanding of lead generation and subscriber acquisition
- ✓Ability to leverage complex datasets for RFM models
- ✓Experience with loyalty programs
- ✓Proficiency with analytics and dashboard building
- ✓Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
