About the Role

We are looking for a Justice Account Executive to join Axon, where you will drive strategic growth for large judicial customers across a defined territory. This role involves managing complex sales cycles and building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and execute territory strategy for large, strategically important City, County, and State justice customers
→Drive new logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and long-term account growth
→Lead complex, multi-year sales engagements involving executive stakeholders and formal procurement processes
→Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships as the primary point of accountability
→Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver solutions
→Maintain deep understanding of customer workflows and strategic priorities to inform account planning
→Oversee all account activity within assigned territory, ensuring alignment with Axon’s long-term strategy
→Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline health, and provide insights into market trends
→Represent Axon as a trusted advisor in the justice ecosystem
→Manage individual expense budget with high autonomy and accountability

Requirements

✓8+ years of quota-carrying experience in complex, customer-facing SaaS or cloud sales
✓Proven experience owning and growing a portfolio of large or major accounts
✓Demonstrated success leading solution-oriented, consultative sales cycles
✓Strong strategic account and territory planning skills
✓Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
✓Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
✓Experience collaborating cross-functionally to influence outcomes
✓Prior experience selling into state and local government, justice, or regulated environments preferred
✓Comfortable operating with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability
✓Willingness to travel 50%+, including overnight travel
